iPET Network Level 3 Diploma in Dog Grooming and Salon Management
30 Days - Course Cost £5200 (Including a starter kit with all your essentials. Worth £400)

The qualification is designed for Candidates who wish to gain the skills and knowledge to prepare, style and finish a range of dog breeds, understand health and safety in a dog grooming salon, practice business management and gain skills in canine emergency first aid. The qualification consists of both practical and theory work.
Uniquely, candidates are continually assessed via practical demonstration and coursework. There is no requirement to sit a formal exam in order to achieve the qualification.
The iPET Network Level 3 Diploma in Dog Grooming and Salon Management will demonstrate to an employer or the general public that candidates have the necessary technical skills and knowledge to successfully groom a range of dog breeds. This is a formal, regulated, nationally recognised qualification that will remain relevant throughout the Candidates career and can only be achieved by reaching the required skill level.

A fast-track option is also available for experienced groomers seeking a formal qualification to confirm their skill level or those who have undertaken other qualifications but see the benefit in gaining the iPET Network qualification.
iPET Network Level 3 Certificate in Dog Grooming and Introduction to Styling
15 Days - Course Cost £2900

The qualification is designed for Candidates who wish to gain the skills and knowledge to prepare, style and finish a selection of dog breeds, understand health and safety in a dog grooming salon and gain an understanding of heath checking, handling and canine behaviour. The qualification is a combination of practical and theory teaching.
Hurley's Training Academy are proud to be offering this NEW qualification in the Animal Care and Veterinary Science sector, developed by the iPET Network.
Candidates will groom at least 10 dogs to include a minimum of 5 different breeds, covering 4 different coat types. There are no pre-requisites to starting the qualification, meaning candidates can join at level 3 without having completed a lower level (level 2) course first.

Candidates will be trained in practical skills such as prepping, bathing, scissoring, clipping, styling and nail trimming on a selection of dog breeds.
iPET Network Level 3 Award in an Introduction to Dog Grooming
5 Day Course - £1500

Candidates will groom at least 3 dogs to include a minimum of 2 different breeds, covering 2 different coat types. There are no pre-requisites to starting the qualification, meaning candidates can join at level 3 without having completed a lower level (level 2) course first.
Candidates will be trained in practical skills such as prepping, bathing, scissoring, clipping, styling and nail trimming on several dog breeds.

The iPET Network Level 3 Award in an Introduction to Dog Grooming will demonstrate to an employer or the general public that Candidates have a basic understanding of dog grooming principles.
iPET Network Level 3 Award in Canine Emergency First Aid

The iPET Network Level 3 Award in Canine Emergency First Aid is perfect for owners and professionals alike who want to be prepared should a pet need emergency treatment.
The qualification covers the most commonly faced canine needs such as how to treat injury, dressing wounds, allergic reactions, stings, poisoning, choking, seizures, CPR, hypothermia and much more.
The qualification is an excellent balance of theoretical and practical learning to ensure Candidates have the knowledge required should they ever be faced with an emergency first aid situation.

This qualification is valid for 3 years before requiring a refresher training day.
