Cleo - The Boxer in Blue
Boxers; Devoted, playful, energetic and friendly - these breed characteristics described Cleo perfectly and from the moment I met this bouncy Boxer, I knew some fun was going to be had!
Lyndsey and Michael dropped Cleo off at Hurley's HQ the day before their wedding - a great way to minimise the stress and 'to do's' on the morning of your big day - and it allowed Cleo to settle in, whilst we bonded over treats and play! Cleo made herself at home pretty imminently, familiarising herself with her new surroundings before settling down for an afternoon snooze - a girl after my own heart!
Treating this sweet-souled girl to a spa session at Hurley's Dog Grooming proved to be enjoyable for the both of us. She was so well behaved, especially considering she had never experienced professional grooming before. Cleo lapped up every last ounce of fuss, from her blueberry facial treatment down to a neat nail trim. You can't really blame her - us girls love a pamper!
It's the morning of Michael and Lyndsey's dream day and with a fresh hair do and smelling dreamy, it was time to add her florals before venturing off to Petwood Hotel, with Mr Dixon as her lucky chaperone!
With an ivory and blue colour scheme, we personalised Cleo's florals to match her Mum's bouquet - meticulously choosing top quality stems to look as stylish as possible...& boy, did they!!
Bri and Cleo waited patiently for the new Mr and Mrs Ball, along with their family and friends to come and greet this pretty pup and I was even told that Lyndsey's Aunt was a little overwhelmed by Cleo's appearance and got quite emotional. It's hardly surprising - dog's have a natural way of pulling on our heart strings, don't they?!
With photo's taken and leaving the happy couple to continue their celebrations, Bri and Cleo returned home for a well deserved rest and her second evening with us.
Lyndsey and Michael: Thank you so much for asking us to be a part of your day. Cleo was beyond a pleasure to have and being able to relive such a beautiful couple of days by writing this blog has brought serious smiles to my face.
Enjoy married life guys!
